THE BADMINTON

Badminton is a sport that many people like. We play badminton with a racket and a shuttlecock. The shuttlecock is light and it flies in the air. We can play one against one, or two against two. The game is fast and we move a lot. We run, we jump, and we try to hit the shuttlecock. Badminton is good for the body. It helps us stay healthy and strong. It is also fun because we play with friends. I like badminton because it is easy to learn. Even beginners can play and enjoy the game. It is a simple sport, but it makes me happy.

Boxing is a sport with two people. We use gloves to protect our hands. In boxing, we move, we punch, and we defend. The sport is fast and physical. We need strength, speed, and focus. I like boxing because it is exciting. It gives energy and confidence. Even beginners can learn and improve step by step.
